Replacement & Repair

Every Russian Brilliants® simulated diamond comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers the following; If at any time your Russian Brilliants simulated diamond should become abraded or damaged in any way, Russian Brilliants will replace your stone with a new one of the same size and shape. You pay only a $75 per carat deductible (minimum deductible $75). If your stone is set in a Russian Brilliants setting the $75 per carat deductible also includes the cost to remove the old stone and set the new stone. Additional charges may apply to bezel and channel set stones, v-tip prongs, prongs set with small diamonds, stones set in platinum or if the setting needs repair. Previously laser inscribed Russian Brilliants stones are covered by this warranty. However an additional $85 charge will apply if you wish to inscribe your replacement stone. Shipping charges will also apply.

If you would like to have your stone(s) replaced under warranty simply send us your ring, pendant or other fine jewelry item. Our shipping address is Russian Brilliants, 10755F Scripps Poway Parkway, #401, San Diego, CA 92131.  We recommend shipping insured with a tracking number.  Please email us the tracking number so we can monitor your item's arrival. Enclose a note with your item which includes your name, the name on the original order, your email address, best phone number to reach you, and your return shipping address. We will email you to let you know when your item arrives. Next we will review your item with our craftsmen to determine if any additional work is needed to secure your new stone. We will then contact you to discuss your ring or other item before we begin any work.  

We will need your payment information before we begin any work.  We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal and Venmo if you prefer. We ship FedEx signature required so someone will need to sign for your item when it is returned.  If you don't think you can be home to sign for it you can have us send it to your work address or a nearby FedEx Office Print and Ship location and they will hold it for you to pick up

Fading & Discoloration

We guarantee that your Russian Brilliants simulated diamond will not fade or discolor internally for the life of the owner.

Resizing

Russian Brilliants will resize your ring one time at no charge up to 30 days from date of purchase. A charge may apply to hand-engraved bands and bands set with diamonds. Additional re-sizings can be done for a nominal fee. Return shipping charges will apply. Russian Brilliants offers sizing, repair, setting, cleaning and polishing services for any of your fine jewelry.

Stone Upgrades

Furthermore, Russian Brilliants offers you a lifetime ability to upgrade your Russian Brilliants simulated diamond to a larger Russian Brilliants simulated diamond. When you upgrade you pay only our $75 per carat Warranty replacement deductible for the size of your current stone plus our online price of $196 per carat for only the upgrade in size. You may also trade in your Russian Brilliants simulated diamond towards the purchase of a natural diamond of similar or larger size. Simply contact our office if you wish to upgrade.

This warranty supersedes all previous Russian Brilliants warranties. Pure Light Moissanite – Limited Lifetime Warranty

The maintenance of the brilliance and fire inherent in PURE LIGHT™ and TRUE LIGHT™ Lab Created Moissanite is supported with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. The terms of this warranty apply to the lab created Moissanite stone(s) and are subject to the terms as set forth below.

This Limited Liability Warranty is a warranty against defects in lab created Moissanite material and workmanship. It does not cover chipping, breaking, scratching, abrasions or damages as a result of abuse, misuse, loss, or theft of your gem(s). No third party alterations or treatments are endorsed or approved. Such processes may be temporary and could lessen the durability and value of the gem(s).

Accordingly, any third-party alterations or treatments void this Limited Liability Warranty. In the unlikely event the optical properties of brilliance and fire alter in a PURE LIGHT™ or TRUE LIGHT™ Lab Created Moissanite, return it to the retail point of purchase along with a copy of your purchase receipt and the warranty card. Please note that retailer cost(s) to reset any replacement Lab Created Moissanite may apply. This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to all purchasers of the PURE LIGHT™ and TRUE LIGHT™ Lab Created Moissanite up to and including the original end-consumer purchaser, and is non-transferable from the original end-consumer purchaser to another person.

All implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed. The sole and exclusive remedy for any defect covered by this limited lifetime warranty is that, after the date of your purchase, the retail point of purchase, will at its option, repair or replace the lab created Moissanite without charge to you. You will be responsible for any cost of shipment of our item(s) to your retail point of purchase, and you will be responsible for any loss or damage during shipment.

Your purchase, including the Limited Lifetime Warranty, is governed by the substantive laws of Ohio without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions. This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies in the United States and may vary in other countries.
